Additional information

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is due to hyperactivity/sensitivity of the large bowel. It should not be confused with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) which would not allow donation.

Reason for change:

There has been a change to the wording of 'Discretionary' to improve clarity, a link has been added to 'Inflammatory Bowel Disease' and 'Additional Information' has been added.
